摘要
人民代表大会制度中的代表制度是社会主义政治文明的一个具体体现,但是如何把握人大代表的角色内涵,增强其角色意识,充分发挥其作用等是当前亟待解决的问题之一。对此,我们必须坚持以政治文明为导向,构建学习型组织,加强制度建设,以促进人大代表角色意识的提高,增强人民代表大会组织机构的工作活力。
The representative institution of the people’s representative congress is a realization of the socialist political civilization. How to understand the significance of representative’ role, strengthen his role awareness, and display his influence entirely, is one of the issues to be addressed immediately. We thus ought to insist on political civilization as orientation, structure a leaning organization, and enhance institutional building in order to advocate raising awareness of representative’s role, and empower the organizational function of people’s representative congress.
