摘要
本文探讨了从辣椒提取辣椒精工艺中各种因素对得率的影响,提出了一条从辣椒中提取辣椒精的较佳工艺路线,从而为辣椒调味品的应用提供了一种新的方法。
The effect of various factors on yield of extraction was investigated,and agood process of extraction of chilli essence from chilli was suggested,thereby,a-new ap-plication of chilli flavoring is put forward.
