胎儿淋巴细胞的发育和功能 被引量:3

摘要 免疫系统是机体重要的防御系统,免疫功能低下与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。机体发育中的绝大多数变化发生在胚胎期及胎儿期。由于在胎儿时期免疫系统并未完全发育成熟,故其功能与儿童及成人有较大差别。淋巴细胞是免疫系统起主导作用的细胞,了解正常胎儿淋巴细胞克隆谱发生发育的规律及其功能,对判断胎儿免疫状态,探索疾病的免疫学原因,指导临床的诊治工作有重要的意义。现简要介绍胎儿淋巴细胞的发育和功能的研究进展。
