摘要
本文对［１］作进一步补充讨论。给出了指数分布场合下两应力交叉定时和定数截尾步进应力加速寿命试验的统计分析方法。其中定时截尾情形的统计分析是对［１］的补充讨论，而定数截尾情形的统计分析是对［１］的改进，其方法优于［１］中给出的方法。
In this paper,We further discuss and complement on [1].We have given the statistical analysis of typeⅠand Ⅱcensoring data form alternate stepwise stress accelerated life testing method under the exponential distribution case.In which, the statistical analysis of typeⅠis complement on [1];the statistical analysis of type Ⅱis improvement on[1],and it is better than the one that was given in [1].
