摘要
混沌是人类对宇宙最初状态的想象之词 ,庄子的混沌寓言显然是受到原始神话的影响 ,然而 ,《大宗师》中的混沌却被拟人化了 ,而且赋予了极强的文化意蕴。混沌之死体现了庄子思想中的怀疑与批判精神 ,也反映了庄子的社会理想、人格理想和学术理想的追求与超越。庄子的混沌意象具有丰富的内在美 ,它是无为 ,也是道 ,是无序后的至一 ,是真、善、美的有机统一。
As an imaginative term, chaos, the condition before the universe, inspired the names for Zhuangzi's allegories in which could be found an obviousness of elements originated in primitive mythology. However, chaos is personified, in Great Masters, and enjoys a strong cultural flavour. Its death embodies the skepticism and critical spirit found in Zhuangzi's ideology and reflects his pursuit and breakthrough of his social, personal, and academic ideals. The image of chaos under Zhuangzi's portrayal is rich in inner beauty. It is nihility as well as Tao. It is unity surviving a disorder. It is unity of the truth, the good and the beautiful.
