摘要 已有证据表明NMDA受体对诱发和维持疼痛状态中的中枢敏感性具有重要性。其亚单位NR1、NR2(A、B、C、D)及NR3(A、B)可决定NMDA受体的功能特性,其中NR2B对感受伤害尤为重要,因而NR2B选择性拮抗剂有可能用以治疗慢性疼痛。 The cumulating evidences demonstrate the importance of N-methyl-D-Aspartate (NMDA) receptors in the induction and maintenance of central sensitization during pain states. NMDA receptors are composed of NR1, NR2 (A, B, C, and D) subunits, which determine the functional properties of NMDA receptors subunit. The NR2B is particularly important for nociception, and NR2B-selective antagonists may be useful in the treatment of chronic pain.
