摘要
知识管理从20世纪后半期开始兴起 ,越来越受到管理学界和企业界的重视。如何保证企业有效地实现知识管理是当前的一个重要课题。本文分析了知识和知识管理的定义和特点 ,并对知识管理的流程进行了分析描述 ,最后对知识管理的一些问题进行了讨论和思考。
Knowledge management was developed in the early years of the20th century and it has been paid more and more attention by researchers and companies.But how to manage the knowledge effectively is an important issue.The paper discusses the definition of the knowledge and knowledge management and de-scribes the knowledge management process.At last some questions related to the knowledge management arediscussed.
