摘要
目的研究泪腺肿瘤的CT表现,并探讨其在诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析16例经手术和病理证实的泪腺肿瘤的CT表现。结果良性泪腺混合瘤8例,其中1例为双侧;恶性混合瘤2例;泪腺腺样囊性癌2例;炎性假瘤3例;多发性骨髓瘤1例。其CT表现各具特征。结论CT可清楚显示泪腺肿瘤的形态、大小和强化特征,为诊断和鉴别诊断提供重要依据。
Objective To investigate CT f'mdings of the lacrimal tumor and their value in diagnosis and differentiation. Methods CT findings of 16 cases with operationally-and pathologically -proved lacrimal tumoes were analyzed. Results of 16 patients, benign pleomorphic adenoma was seen 8, idiopathic inflammatory pseudotumor in 3, multiple myeloma in 1, and adenoid cystic carcinoma, malignant pleomorphic tumor in 2 each. Each minor showed own CT characteristics. Conclusion CT can well display the shape, size as well as the enhancement feature, providing useful information for the diagnosis and differentiation.
