摘要
本文根据临床与病理确诊的９例泪腺肿瘤结合ｘ线表现进行分型比较，泪腺窝扩张，边缘光滑无骨质破坏者为良性肿瘤．泪腺窝区眶骨呈虫蚀状或模糊不清之破坏性改变为恶性．而腺样囊性癌的Ｘ线表现仅泪腺窝区骨质密度减低，骨皮质吸收，介于良恶性之间的不同征象．文中结合文献简要讨论了本病的ｘ定性诊断和鉴别诊断．
Nine cases of lacrimal gland tumor were reported,and all were identified by patholo-gy.Three of them were benign mixed tumor,one malignant mixed tumor and five adenoid cysticcarcinoma.X-ray findings shew that:(l)For the benign mixed type,lacrimal gland fossa was en-larged,margin smooth and no osseous destroyed.(2) For the maligmant type, the orbit bone oflacrimal gland fossa area was destroyed like moth-eaten and ill defined.(3)For the adenoid cystictype,the bone density decreased and osseous cortex was absorbed.Differential dignosis among thetumors and other lacrimal gland diseases combined with clinical data was discussed.
