摘要
语音的连读现象经常出现在英语母语人士的讲话中,其间因语速的加快而产生相邻音的音变,掌握这一音变规律,对英语学习者来说是十分必要的,一方面可以提高听力理解能力,一方面又可以正确地连读。全文归纳了当前主要的一些音变规律,以便在语音教学中系统地向学生传授这一常被忽略的语音知识。
A change of words' pronunciation often occurs while the native speaker speaks English fluently and continuously, because the neighboring sounds meet and influence each other. To increase students' listening and comprehension ability and also to read aloud properly, it's necessary for us teachers to demonstrate these changes distinctly. The following has induced the current main changes of neighboring sounds in English speaking, which could be helpful in the teaching of phonetics.
