摘要
知识创造的动态过程是在显形知识与隐性知识相互转化的过程中不断螺旋上升产生新知识的过程,它可以发生在个人、群体、组织、组织与组织之间四个层面。大学作为一个正式知识组织必然需要知识创造的过程。从组织与组织层面来探讨大学应如何促进知识创造的发生,目前大学知识联盟是一种比较好的制度安排。
Knowledge creation is a dynamic process in which new knowledge is produced through conversion between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. It can occur in individual, group, organization and inter-organization. As a kind of formal knowledge organization, universities need knowledge creation. This paper intends to discuss how to improve knowledge creation in universities from the perspective of inter-organization. It is a kind of comparatively better system arrangement to set up knowledge league.
