摘要
器官移植犯罪是伴随着器官移植技术的发展而出现的一类新型犯罪 ,它有着自己独特的构成要件。对于这类犯罪 ,立法应当予以有效的防范和打击。然而 ,我国现行立法在防范这类犯罪方面却存在着严重的制度欠缺。为此 。
The Crime of organ transplantation with its own distinct constituents is a new type of crime concurring with the development of organ transplantation technology. Severe flaws exist in the contemporary legal system of China in guarding against and cracking down the crime. Therefore, proper measures should be adopted.
