摘要
对１０头马鹿鼻内容物经改良马丁琼脂平板培养、生化反应试验、英膜分型鉴定，分离出二株多杀性巴氏杆菌。该菌英膜抗原属Ｂ型。对小白鼠有较强致病性。
Two strains of pasteuralla multocida were isolated and identified from the content electedfrom nasal cavities of ten red deers by culturing in improved Martin's agar medium,bioche mical tests and capsule type classification.The antigenic types of these strains belong to B.The strains have strong pathogenicity to mice.
