摘要
法律文化冲突是我国现阶段法律文化建设中的一个现实问题,如何正确认识这一现象,对于我国的法制建设和精神文明建设无疑具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。
Law culture conflicts are a reality problem in our law culture construction of current stage. How to realize such phenomenons correctly has great theoretical and realitical significance to our legality and spiritual civilization construction.
