摘要
在经济全球化大背景下，中西法律文化的冲突不可避免；以此来论述全球化时代法律文化冲突的表现以及我们所应采取的科学态度。
It is impossible to avoid the conflict of law culture between China and the western on the background of the seven seas of the economy. This paper will discuss the representation and the scientism we should take.
