摘要
本文分析了目前国际法理论界的热点问题——普遍管辖原则,并就存在争议较大的几个问题:普遍管辖原则的地位,是否需要实际控制,国内法以及豁免结合案例提出了个人观点。
This thesis analyses one of the most controversial theory in International LawPrinciple of Universal Jurisdiction, and along with cases, raises the author抯 personal view about problems in question, such as the position of Principle of Universal Jurisdiction, the requirement of actual control, domestic law and immunity.
