摘要
目的:用气相色谱法测定吉非罗齐中有机溶剂残留量。方法:采用高效毛细管色谱柱HP-5(30m×0.53mm,2.65μm),以5%-二苯基聚硅氧烷共聚物为固定相,应用程序升温,检测器为FID,直接进样法检测。结果:两个测定系统中乙醇、正己烷、甲苯、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)与所用内标乙腈及溶剂互不干扰,分离度及检出灵敏度均达到要求,4种成分的最小检出浓度分别为1.00,0.18,0.40,1.91μg/mL。结论:经方法学验证,该方法灵敏、准确、可靠,适用于吉非罗齐中有机溶剂残留量的测定。
Objective:To establish a GC method for the determination of remaining organic solve nts in gemfibrozil.Methods:The method was applied by using HP -5(30m ×0.53mm,2.65μm)sillica capillary column ,with a detector of FID and a direct -in ject method.Results:The four residual volatile organic s olvents and internal standard aceto nitrile were separated completely.The resolution and sensitivity were acceptable.The limits of detection were 1.00,0.18,0.40,1.91μg /mL,respectively.Conclusion:The method is accurate,sensitive and reliable.It is suitable to be adopte d in the analysis of the remaining solvents in Gemfibrozil.
