摘要
采用直接进样法和顶空进样法测定了佐匹克隆中溶剂异丙醚的残留量。直接进样法灵敏度低，无法满足分析要求。用自制顶空瓶顶空测定，外标法定量，最小检出浓度为０．１６μｇ／ｇ，方法重现性好，适合于药厂生产中的质量控制。
The residual organic solvents in zopiclone were determined by two methods. The first one by directly injected GC was not sensitive. The second one using headspace bottle made by ourselves was sensitive. The detection limit of the headspace GC was 0.16 g/g, and there was a good linear correlation in the range of 0.20￣8.01 g/g, with an average recovery of 98.3%￣103.2%.
