摘要
对人多核白细胞被激活后释放胶原酶潜酶的活化机制进行了研究。结果表明:激活的多核白细胞可释放明显的胶原酶活性;SOD和CAT显著抑制释放的潜酶活化,但不影响潜酶的释放。表明活性氧参与胶原酶潜酶的活化,而且最终氧化物为羟自由基(0H)。
uman neutrophils were isolated from venous blood and triggered
by the addition of serum- opsonized zy-mosan particles.The activation mechanism of latent
collagenase was investigated and the study showed that the triggered PMNs release active
collagenase.Superoxide dismutase and catalase are capable of inhibiting the activation of latent
PMN collagenase,but do not reduce the release of latent collagenase. The reselts suggest-ed
that the activation of the latent enzyme is coupled to an oxidative process and the hydroxyl
radical is the fi-nal oxidant responsible for the activation of latent PMN collagenase.
