目的:改进萃取方法,提高青霉素的质量和效价。方法:增加水洗设备,用抽提罐代替泡罩机。结果:改进后,中间体的质量和效价大幅度提高。结论:改进后中间体的质量优于改进前,实现了高单位的中间体。
Objective:To increase the quality and efficacy of penicillin medium by improving method of extraction。 Method:To add the apparatus with water and to replacepod with the extractive equipmet Result:The quality and efficacy of medium had been increased greatly after improvement.Conclusion:The quality of medium is better than before
