摘要
目的:建立刺五加胶囊的质量标准。方法:用 HPLC 法测定刺五加中异嗪皮啶的含量。结果:异嗪皮啶在0.08—0.40mg 范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数 r=0.9999,平均回收率98.5%,RSD 为0.7%。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,为刺五加胶囊质量控制提供了方法。
Objective:To draw up the quality standard of Ciwujia Capsule.Methods:To determie the content of isofraxidin in Ciwujia Capsule.Results:It is a good linear range during 0.08-0.40mg to isofraxidim,the coefficient of relativity:r=0.9999,the average retrieve rate is 98.5%,the relative standard deviation is 0.7% .Conclusion:The method that we have built is simple and convenient,practicable and reappeared,it offers a method for controlling the quality of Ciwujia Capsule.
