Automatic Quantitation of Ore Minerals in Polished Sections by Making Use of EPMA Image Process Program

摘要 探讨了用电子探针微区分析(EPMA)图象处理程序自动定量统计矿石光片矿物量的方法,实现了矿物量统计的自动化。 he EPMA image process program is used to accommodate the quantitation of ore mineralsin polished sections. This new computerized technique is able to discriminate ore mineralsautomatically,and the back scattering image obtained is processed to make a binary image andanalyzed for area percent of minerals and chemical composition.
