摘要
介绍了锁相伺服技术在光盘主轴恒速伺服控制系统中的应用,并提出了结构简单、体积小、控制精度高的控制系统方案,设计了无刷电机驱动电路、鉴频鉴相器电路,用8031单片机扩展一片8953PIT,完成了相差/数字转换、PWM控制信号产生、可编程分频、传感器非线性修正、数字PID校正等功能,实现了实时控制。
This paper presen ts the applieation of phase lock servo techn ique i n the optical disk spindlespeed control sysytem and the scheme of control system with the simple structure,small volume,high accuracy.The circuits of power amplifier for brushless motor and frequency phase detector aredesigned.Phase error pulse width/digital convertion,pulse width modulated signal generation,pro-grammable frequency divisiOn,correcting unlinear error of sensor,digital PID compensation are ac-complished and real-time control is realized using 8031 microcontroller expanding 8253PIT.
