摘要
在计算机管理下的图书馆流通工作中,经常会出现错借、漏借、漏还、漏续借、误罚款、错记录等异常现象,极易导致读者与工作人员的矛盾。为此,应加强书库管理,提高职工思想道德和业务素质,注重开展读者教育,加强计算机管理,以提高流通服务质量。
In computerized operation of libraries, problems such as mistaken ending, missing lending; missi- ng returning, missing renewing, mistaken fining and mistaken recording etc. arise, which tend to cause conflicts between readers and librarians. In order to improve the quality of circulation service, managing of stack rooms should be strengthened, moral and professional level of the working staff should be improved, education of readers' should be stressed and management of computers should be enforced.
