摘要
以管理学、心理学理论为依据 ,阐述在图书馆的读者管理工作中 ,有效地运用激励方式 ,通过采用对读者借阅需要进行激励、良好借阅行为的强化、情感激励、参与管理激励等方法 ,调动读者的学习积极性 。
On the basis of the science of management and psychology, this essay states the effective application of inspiration when the librarians manage the readers. They can encourage the readers' initiative by inspiring the needs of the latter, enforcing their proper behavior and calling for their participation in management with the librarians. In this way, the behavior of the readers can be promoted and developed.
