摘要
目的观察功血汤治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法将69例青春期功血患者分成两组:治疗组46例采用中药功血汤治疗,对照组23例采用西医人工周期疗法治疗;分别观察两组治疗前后的症状、体征及Hb、RBC、PLT、BBT的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%,显著高于对照组的总有效率78.0%(P<0.01)。结论功血汤能调养先天肾之气阴不足、后天脾失所养造成的青春期功能失调性子宫出血不止。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of “Gongxue Decoction” in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Sixty-nine subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 46 cases were treated with “Gongxue Decoction” and control group in which 23 cases were treated with artificial cycle therapy.The clinical symptoms and signs,Hb,RBC,PLT and BBT before and after treatment in two groups were observed.Result The total effective rate was 95.6% in treatment group,obviously higher than 78.3% in control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion This Decoction is quite effective for adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to kidney and spleen dysfunction.
