摘要
2004年我国煤炭产业存在煤炭经济高增长与低质量的矛盾,分析其原因主要是经济高速增长煤炭需求增大、煤炭生产能力调控不力、部分煤炭企业急功近利等。2005年我国煤炭经济仍将高增长,但在煤炭供应、电煤价格、安全生产等方面的矛盾将会更加突出。解决这些问题尚需加快我国能源体制改革,加大煤炭产业资金投入力度,加强宏观经济调控等。
Seeing the fact that fast increasing of coal economy and its poorly result as a pair of contradiction in China's coal industry in year 2004, coal demand increasing quickly with fast economy development speed, incompetent in coal production control and some coal companies eager for quick result are the main reasons. With faster development in China's coal industry in 2005, it still be serious problems in supply & demand, price, and producing security . China should quicken up the process of energy mechanism reform with more investment and strengthen macro-control in coal industry in order to solve those problems.
