运动SP/ESVI在冠心病诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文应用二维超声心动图(ECHO)卧位踏车运动试验方法,测定正常人和冠心病人运动前后的峰值收缩压与左室收缩未容量指数的比值(SP/ESVI)及左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化(△SP/ESVI和△LVEF)。结果显示△SP/ESVI和△LVEF的敏感性分别为90%和65%(P<0.05),特异性分别为57%和62%(P>0.05),准确性分别为68%和63%(P>0.05)。初步认为运动SP/ESVI是ECHO诊断冠心病的一种较LVEF变化更敏感的指标。 The changes of the rest and exercise peak systolic pressure / end-systolic volume index ratio(△SP/ ESVI) and left ventricular ejection fraction(△LVEF) were determined by exercise twodimensional echocardiography in patients with coronary artery disease and normal subjects before and after exercise. The results revealed that the sensitivity of △SP / ESVI and LVEF was 90% and 65%(both P<0.05),the specificity was 57 % and 62%(both P>0.05)and the accuracy was 68% and 63 %(both P>0.05),respectively.It was concluded that A SP / ESVI was a more sensitive index than △LVEF in detecting coronary artery disease by two-dimensional echocardiography.
