摘要
研究目的探讨牛磺酸和维生素E对高脂家兔血脂的作用及对动脉粥样硬化形成的影响,为防治心血管疾病提供理论依据。研究背景动脉粥样硬化的防治,最重要的是饮食控制。牛磺酸和维生素E可降低血清总胆固醇,但对其它血脂的作用研究甚少,故本研究过一步探讨牛磺酸和维生素E对血脂及动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。研究方法2~2.5kg大耳雄性白家兔21只,随机区组法分为阳性对照组、牛磺酸组和维生素E组,每天清晨空腹喂胆固醇诱发动脉粥样硬化,后两组分别加喂牛磺酸片和维生素E各30Omg。实验开始、第5周、第10周清晨由耳线静脉取血测定血脂,实验未处无动物,取主动脉组织固定后病理检查。结果牛磺酸和维生素E可升高家兔的血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),降低血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)寺。血小板聚积率(P<0.05或P<0.01),减轻主动脉内股的灶性增厚。结论牛磺酸和维生素E可调节饲高脂家兔的血脂代谢,预防血栓形成和动脉粥样硬化的发生。
Objective To research the effeet of taurine and vitamin E on serum lipids and artCriosclerosis in rabbits fed high cholesterol diet.Background It is very important that wecontrol our diet in order to prevent and treat arteriosclerosis. Taurine and vitamin E may decrease the serum T-C, but there were a few reports on the other lipids and the form of arteriosclerosis.Methods 21 health rabbits, male, body weight 2 ~ 2.5 kg, were divided into thrce groups randomlyt control group, taurine group and viatmin E group. The rabbit reeieved cholestcrol by gastric intubation in the rnorning every day, the latter two group were also gaven taurine and vitamin E 300 mg respectively. The serum lipids were measured at the moring of the beganing, 5 and 10w of experiment. After the experiment, the main artery was fixation with formaline. Results The results showe that the taurine and vitamin E could increased the serum HDL C, and decreased the serum TC, TG,LPO, platelet aggregation (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and prevent the form of arteriosclerosis.Conclution lt was concluded that taurine and vitamin E showed an adjust role on the serum lipids and an apparent inhibitory on platelet aggregation, and it can prevent of artCriosclerosis.
