摘要
目的 研究中药复方止痛胶囊的药效。方法 观察中药复方止痛胶囊镇痛抗炎作用 ,研究其相关抗炎镇痛机制。结果 中药复方止痛胶囊对多种炎症及疼痛模型有较好的抑制作用 ,同时能明显降低AA大鼠疼痛模型血清炎症介质及氧自由基水平 ,提高下丘脑β- 内啡肽含量。 结论 中药复方止痛胶囊具有抗炎镇痛作用 ,其作用机制可能与其降低外周血清炎症介质、氧自由基水平以及提高中枢β-内啡肽含量有关。
Objective To explore the pharmacoeconomics study of Zhitong Capsule (ZTC). Methods The analgesic effect and anti-inflammatory of ZTC was measured, and the relevant mechanism of ZTC were researched. Results ZTC showed significant effects on enhancing the pain threshold and relieving the inflammatory reaction. At the same time it decreased the level of oxygen free radicals and PGE 2 in serum. ZTC could also increase the content of β-EP in hypothalamus. Conclusion ZTC has significant effect on analgesic effect and anti-inflammatory, and its mechanism of analgesic effect was probably associated with its effect on inhibiting oxygen free radicals and PGE 22 level in serum and increasing β-EP content.
