摘要
目的 探讨道路交通事故导致颅脑损伤后智力缺损的相关因素和评定方法。方法 对道路交通事故伤残鉴定案例按照司法精神医学鉴定的程序要求进行鉴定 ,每例鉴定均作智商测定 ,根据其智商结果、社会适应状况评定有无智力缺损。部分鉴定案例随访 6个月～ 2年 ,随访结果与鉴定当时结果进行比较分析。结果 道路交通事故导致颅脑损伤者大多有智力改变 ,随访与鉴定当时的智商值比较有显著性差异。结论 道路交通事故导致颅损伤后智力缺损的评定应考虑被鉴定者的赔偿心理 ,结合伤情严重程度、鉴定当时日常生活能力、社会适应能力和精神检查等综合评定 ;鉴定时间确定在伤后 6个月～ 1年内比较妥当。
Objective To investigate the correlations and the assessment methods of intellectual damage in the patients with head injury in the road traffic accidents. Methods According to the procedure of forensic psychiatry testimony, the intelligence quotient(IQ) of the patients with head injury litigation at the road traffic accident was assessed. Based on the outcome of IQ and the level of social adaptability, whether the patients have intellectual damage or not. Some patients were followed up from 6 months to 2 years, compared with the outcome of follow was judged up with the outcome of forensic testimony. Results Most of the patients with head injury in the road traffic accidents had intellectual damage. The outcome of IQ was significantly different with the follow-up with forensic testimony. Conclusions The comprehensive assessment of intellectual damage in the patients with head injury in the road traffic accidents must be made according to the severity of injury, current daily living ability of forensic testimony, social adaptability and psychiatry interview, the psychological need to get the reparations. It is suggested that testimony should be made after patients head injury in 6 months to one year.
