摘要
目的合理应用多层螺旋CT脑血管造影的优势,提高对神经系统疾病的诊断效能.方法 65例患者随机分成两组,A组35人,B组30人,均采用预注射或智能跟踪法预测延迟时间,pitch值分别为0.562、1.75,对比剂用量为75~85 m1、35~38 ml.结果 A组3D-CTA图像上动静脉畸形和脑膜瘤明显强化,供血血管、与大血管空间毗邻甚至引流静脉均可清晰显示;B组3D-CTA图像受静脉干扰少,对动脉瘤及动脉狭窄的诊断价值更高.结论精确延迟时间是CTA成功的关键,针对不同病情设置相应的扫描参数提高了MSCTA的诊断效能.
Objective To evaluate the advantages of multislice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) and improve the diagnostic accuracy of central nervous system disease. Methods Sixty five patients were randomly divided into two groups. In both groups, circulation timing was determined precisely with the use of a preliminary mini test bolus or a form of 'online' bolus tracking.In group A, a pitch value of 0.562 was used, the contrast load was 75-85 ml. In group B a pitch value of 1.75 was used, the contrast load was 35 and 38 ml. Results In group A, the marked enhancement of arteriovenous malformation and meningioma could be observed and the nurturing vessels, the 3D spatial relationship between the lesions and neighboring vascular, the drainage venous could be displayed clearly with MPR,MIP and VR. 3D CTA images of group B were better than group A in the demonstration of the subsegment branches of vertebral artery and carotid artery, because there were little interference of venous on the images. The method of group B was better in diagnosing the aneurysm and artery stenosis than group A. Conclusion Precisely determination of the circulation time is the key for acquiring good 3D CTA images. The acquisition parameters of MSCTA should be rationally chosen according to different disease.
