摘要
针对目前普遍存在的建设项目前期工作滞后,前期方案深度不够等问题,提出了需对项目经济评价的方法与参数进一步完善,重视市场预测、风险问题及清偿能力分析,提高技术经济人员的综合分析能力,实现投资决策科学化,提高经济效益等建议。
In the light of the problems commonly existing in the earlier-stage work of the current construction project such as the delay of the earlier-stage work of the construction project, and the depth of the earlier-stage scheme is not sufficient, etc., this paper puts forward some suggestions of making further perfection of the methods and parameters for the project economic evaluation, laying stress on the analysis on the market estimation, risk problem and repayment ability, increasing the comprehensive analyzing ability of the technical and economic personnel, realizing the scientific investment decision, and increasing the economic benefit, etc.
