摘要
承包户与退耕户之间合同不规范,利益分配不均、退耕还林户所还生态林的后续利用和补偿等问题是退耕还林过程中及待解决的问题,本文以江西省安福县退耕还林实施情况为个案,分析了这些问题出现的原因,并提出了相应的对策。
The problems of the abnormal contract between the contract family and the farmer of returning the grain plots to forest,the uneven distribution of interests,and the follow-up utilize and compensation of eco-forest planted by farmers of de-farming and reforestation need to be solved urgently.Taking the condition of de-farming and reforestation performance in Anfu county of Jiangxi province as an example,the article has analyzed the reasons which caused these problems and has put forward the corresponding counter-measures.
