摘要
这个时代的功利性语境为学术期刊的世俗化提供了契机。高校学报普遍存在着学术的功利化倾向,资源配置没有得到进一步激活。高校学报应克服功利化的倾向,创造良性的学术环境,重建时代精神的意义场,开启真正的学术维度,发挥出对政府决策和世道人心的深刻影响力。
At present, the utilitarian context provides fertile soil for some academic journals. There are academic utilitarian trends in the university journals and resource allocation is not well activated. In the near future, the Fame Journal Programme is the aim of university journals. The university journals should overcome some utilitarian trends, creating favorable academic atmosphere and rebuilding the meaning field of the time spirit. The Journals should also exploit real academic dimensionality and exhibit deep influence upon government decision and popular opinion.
