摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑归纳等研究方法,阐述了我国《奥运争光计划》出台的背景及发展目标,分析了我国《奥运争光计划》实施的现状。研究认为经费短缺、竞技体育后备人才匮乏,全运会与奥运会项目设置的矛盾及竞技体育中科技含量较低等是影响我国《奥运争光计划》实施的主要因素。
The paper discusses the working-out backgrounds and the development goals of Winning Olympic Honor Plan in China by means of documents,questionnaires,statistics,logic induction,etc.and analyzes the current conditions of its implementation.The result indicates that the main factors affecting the implementation of Winning Olympic Honor Plan are the shortage of funds,the shortage in the potential talents of competitive sports,the contradiction between the events setting of the Nation Games and the Olympic Games,the low content of science and technology.
