单阻断法测量气道阻力与常规肺功能相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 了解应用单阻断法与常规肺功能测量气道阻力 (Raw)的相关性。方法 应用SDR肺功能仪测定流速容量环和Raw ,计算出相关系数r,进行t检验。结果 Raw与FVC、PEF、MEF75、MEF2 5、MEF2 5~ 75呈负相关 (r均 <0 .4)。测定Raw时离散度≤ 1 0 ,其相关性明显增加 ;Raw与FEV1 、MEF50 不相关。结论 单阻断法测量Raw简便易行 ,不需呼吸配合 ,非侵入性 ,适合各种年龄的肺功能测量 ,可初步检测判断儿童气道阻塞情况 ,尤其对小气道阻塞更为敏感。 Objective To study the correlation between interrupter technique to measure airway resistance and routine pulmonary function(Raw).Methods Using Dyn′R spirometer measure Raw and FVC,PEF,MEF_ 75,MEF_ 25,MEF_ 25~75,and calculate correlation coefficient.Results There was a negative correlation between Raw and FVC, PEF, MEF_ 75,MEF_ 25,MEF_ 25~75(r<0.04).The discrete correlation was no more than 10, whereas the correlation efficiency increased. There was no correlation between Raw and FEV_1 and MEF_ 50.Conclusions The measurement of Raw by interrupter technique is simple,convenient, noninvasive and reliable. It is suitable for different age group. It could be used to estimate the airway obstruction with more sensitivity to the small airway.
