摘要
二战结束前后,在复杂多变的国际形势下,美国结合自身的利益要求,对德国实施了一系列影响深远的政策。这些政策是随着国际局势的变化而不断进行变更和调整的。这一历程大致可分为三个阶段,即从彻底击毁到全面改造再到扶植重建。美国对德政策给战时和战后的国际关系造成了全局性的影响。
From the end of the Second World War to the early post-war period, in the complicated and changeable international situation, the U·S·A carried out a series of policies on Germany, but underwent a process of change with the changing world structure. This process could be divided into three stages, from complete defeat to full-scale reform punishment to supportive assistance. These policies on Germany of the U·S·A made a tremendous and overall impact on the international relations of the wartime and post-war period.
