综合育种技术在杂交水稻恢复系选育上的效果 被引量:4

EFFECTS OF INTEGRATED BREEDING TECHNIQES ON THE SELECTION OF RESTORE LINES IN HYBRID RICE

摘要 将常规杂交育种、辐射育种、体细胞培养和花药培养等育种技术综合运用于杂交水稻恢复东选育上,结合异地繁殖加代,在较短年限内完成了从杂交亲本配组到恢复系育成、新组合优势鉴定的全部育种过程。5年内已育成多份优势籼粳交广亲和恢复系和优良籼型恢复系。本文还分析了籼粳交组合在花药培养后的H2双单倍体植株对野败不育系具有正常恢复能力的分布频率,并证明了通过花药培养能将籼型恢复基因和粳型广亲和基因重组。从而认为该项综合育种方法是快速选育水稻恢复系的有效方法之一。 According to the Specificity of cross breeding technique,mutation breeding technique,Somatic culture and anther culture technique and so on,authors applied them to develop restorers of hybrid rice.The whole breeding aycle from making hybrid combination to development of a restoring line and test of heterosis could be completed in a shorter time through multigeneration reproduction at different locations.Some excellent ind ica-japonica type restorers and ind ica type restorers were developed within 5 years. This paper also analysed the frequency of lines having normal restoring ability to CMS lines from H2 anther plant of ind ica/japonica hybrid and identified integrated effect of restoring gene of ind ica and wide compatible gene of japonica.So this method is one of the effective methods of rapidly developing rice restorer line.
