摘要
根据作物遗传育种基因重组,突变与纯合的理论,提出了一种新的育种方法。即将常规杂交育种、诱变育种和花药培养等技术结合,使创造变异与快速稳定变异得到较好的结合,而形成一种综合育种技术体系,本文还论述了综合育种技术的理论依据及其特点,建立了较为系统的育种程序,在杂交水稻恢复系选育中已取得较好效果。
Based on the theories of gene recombination, gene mutation and gene homozygosit and several yeras' breeding practice, the paper presents a new approach for rice breeding. I combines the techniques of conventional breeding, mutational breeding and biotechnological breeding. With such an integrated technological system, desirable combi nations can be obtained through creating variations and stabilizing them. The paper dis cusses the theortical basis of such a procedure and describes its characteristic peculiarity Satisfactory results have been obtained in selecting hybrid rice restorer lines in the institut of the authors.
