摘要
本文对陕西省林科所新培育的2个泡桐无性系及4个对照泡桐无性系(种),用电导仪和原子吸收分光光度计分别测定了苗杆经不同低温处理后的电解质渗出率及钾离子浓度渗出率。测定结果经统计分析,综合评定出6个无性系(种)相对抗寒次序为:兰考泡桐>8412—2>陕桐一号>8411—10>豫杂一号)8411—2。
The permeability of electrolyte and K+of one-year-old cuttings which had been treated with different low temperatures was determined by electro-conductivity guage and atomic absorption spectrometer.The cuttings came from 2 new selected superior clones and 4 control clones(species)of Paulownia,the cold-resistance of these 6 clones(species).By statistical analysis were comprehensively evaluated and the order was:Paulpwmoa elongate,8412-2,Shantong No.1,8411-10,Yuza No.1,8411-2.
