摘要
目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP- 2 )及金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子(TIMP- 2 )在良、恶性葡萄胎(HM)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法,对30例良性、30例恶性HM及15例正常绒毛组织进行MMP-2 /TIMP- 2检测。结果 MMP- 2阳性表达在良性HM中为2 3.3% ,在恶性HM中为76 .7% ,在正常绒毛组织中为13.3% ;TIMP- 2阳性表达在良性HM中为33.3% ,在恶性HM中为30 .0 % ,在正常绒毛组织中表达为0 ;MMP- 2 /TIMP- 2同时阴性表达在良性HM中为6 3.3% ,在恶性HM中表达为0 ;MMP- 2阳性表达同时伴TIMP- 2阴性表达在良性HM中为6 .7% ,在恶性HM中为70 .0 %。结论 MMP- 2在恶性HM中呈高表达;联合检测MMP- 2 /TIMP-2 ,如同时呈阴性表达或MMP- 2阳性表达伴TIMP- 2阴性表达时,可分别作为诊断良性和恶性HM较有价值的指标。
Objective To explore the significance of expression of matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases -2(TIMP-2) in benign and malignant hydatidiform molr(HM).Methods The immunohistochemistry S-P mehod was used in determination of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in sample from 30 malignant HM,30 benigh HM and 15 normal chorion tissues.Results The positive cells of MMP-2 in malignant,benign and normal chorion tissues were 23.3%,76.7% and 13.3%,respectively.The positive cells of TIMP-2 in malignant,benign and normal chorion tissues were 33.3%,30.0% and 0.The negative cells of both MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were 63.3% in benign HM and didn't found in malignant HMt.The positive cells of MMP-2 with negative cells of TIMP-2 in benign and malignant HM were 6.7% and 70.0%,respectively.Conclusion The MMP-2 is high expression in malignant HM.The negative expression of the MMP-2 and TIMP-2,or positive of the MMP-2 with negative expression of TIMP-2 are markers of differential diagnosis for HM.
