摘要
合成了两种以3,3',4,4'-二苯醚四羧酸二酐(ODPA)、己二胺(DAH)、4,4'-二苯醚二胺(ODA)为原料的半芳香族聚酰亚胺。ODPA∶DAH∶ODA的摩尔配比从4∶3∶1(PI1)到6∶5∶1(PI2)变化。PI1和PI2的玻璃化转变温度分别为143℃和141℃。PI2薄膜在DSC观察到结晶熔融温度为212℃,熔融焓为10.28J/g,偏光显微镜照片(POM)中,呈现了球晶特征的Maltese十字消光和清晰的微纤结构,WAXD图上,在13°、18°、24°附近出现了明显的结晶峰,表明PI2薄膜为半结晶性聚酰亚胺。与此相对应,PI1薄膜为无定形结构。在258.3℃时,PI1和PI2在10kg负荷下熔体指数分别为0.32和0.98g/10min,表明PI1和PI2均能熔融加工。PI1和PI2薄膜具有较好的物理机械性能,拉伸强度分别为95.1MPa和81.8MPa,拉伸模量分别为2.0GPa和1.8GPa。
Two semi-aromatic polyimides were prepared from 4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA), 1,6-hexam-ethylenediamine (DAH) and 4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA). For PI1 films and PI2 films, the molar ratios of ODPA:DAH = ODA were 4:3:1 and 6:5:1, respectively. The DSC results showed that the glass transition temperatures of PI1 and PI2 are 143°C and 141°C, respectively, and the crystal melting temperature and enthalpy of melting of PI2 is 212°C and 10.28 J/g. Under polarized optical microscope, PI2 shows spherulites typical Maltese cross and clear fibril pattern. WAXD measurement of PI2 indicated that sharp reflection peaks are detected at 13°, 18°, 24°. DSCUPOM and WAXD results showed that PI2 films aggregation structure is semi-crystallinity, and PI1 aggregation structure is amorphous. By MI test at 258.3°C with 10 kg load, melt indexes of PI1 and PI2 are 0.32 g/10 min and 0.98 g/10 min, respectively. For PI1 films and PI2 films, tensile strength are 95.1 MPa and 81.8 MPa, tensile modulus are 2.0 GPa and 1.8 GPa, respectively.
