Exergy transfer analysis for thermal oil pipeline process

摘要 Based on the numerical results of the temperature and pressure field for the thermal oil pipeline, the exergy transfer analysis guide lines including pressure exergy, pressure exergy flux, pressure exergy coefficient and its influence factor were obtained. The numerical simulation for some thermal oil pipeline in Daqing Oil Field shows that: the exergy transfer analysis can not only describe the space-time change law of exergy transfer of the leading field for the pipeline processes, but also explain rationally the synergy mechanism of pressure field and temperature field. The technical approaches of improving the pipeline transferring processes were proposed. One example is that the pressure exergy transfer coefficient of oil transferring pipeline can be increased effectively by increasing the pressure.
