摘要
介绍了一种基于激光透射法的膏布药层厚度在线测量系统。对系统的测量原理、系统的结构框架、相应的硬件系统及软件系统都做了详尽的阐述。最后给出了测量结果分析,在线测量误差不超过0.1g,证明了该系统的可靠性和可行性,该系统的应用前景比较广阔。
In this paper, system of using laser transmission method to realize plaster ointment's thickness online measurement is introduced. Measurement principle and structure of this system, corresponding hardware and software are elaborated. In the end, the measurement error doesn't go beyond 0.1 g, the measurement result are analyzed and the system is proved to be reliable and feasible. Its application foreground is perfect.
