摘要
用ｐＨ６．８磷酸盐缓冲液鸡蛋斜面、ＰＤＡ斜面和玉米粉３种材料，覆以液体石蜡作保存椰酵假单胞菌效果研究，结果以ｐＨ６．８磷酸盐级冲液鸡蛋斜面覆以液体石蜡，放于室温或４℃冰箱，被保存菌株１６个月或１２个月仍存活，而且保存后菌种的生物学特性与保存前相比未见明显变异。
When using pH 6. 8 PBS. egg slant for conservation of pseudomonas cocoveuenans subsp farinofermentans and being covered up with aseptic liquid paraffin under room temperature, after 12 to 16 months, it was found that the strain still showed viability, Furthermore, no variation has been observed plainly on the main biology properties. For this reason it can be regarded as a valuable medium applied in the research in the basal laboratory.
