赛络菲尔薄花呢突破了毛精纺织物的传统风格,质地轻薄,风格独特,面料的弹性、抗皱性、悬垂性、透气性、抗起球性、尺寸稳定性以及防缩耐洗等重要性能均优于纯毛产品。文章讨论了赛络菲尔薄花呢的原料、规格、织造等工艺设计的关键因素与解决措施,介绍了纺纱和后整理的工艺要点。
Featuring light-weighted, unique style and good resilience, tropical suiting woven with Sirofil yarn distinguishes itself among conventional worsted fabric. It has better perfor- mance than other pure wool fabric in terms of wrinkle-proof, drapability, permeability, anti-pilling, dimensional stability, shrink-proof and washability. The article discusses the key elements in the production of such fabric, including the choice of raw materials, specifications of the fabric and the design of weaving process. The solutions for solving related problems are given and the key points in both the upper spinning process and downstream finishing process are also introduced.
