摘要
从6个方面研究了山东半岛农产品加工产业带建设问 题。首先,划定了半岛农产品加工产业带的区域范围;其次, 分析了建设半岛农产品加工产业带与山东半岛城市群、山东 半岛制造业基地的战略关系及其意义;三是客观估价了山东 半岛农产品加工产业带的发展现状、特点、存在问题及比较差 距;四是研究确定了山东半岛农产品加工产业带建设的指导 思想、基本原则及发展目标;五是提出了山东半岛农产品加工 产业带的建设布局与重点;六是从4个方面研究提出了山东 半岛农产品加工产业带建设的政策与措施。
Some issues about the agricultural products process industrial belt in Shandong peninsula were discussed from six aspects in this paper. Firstly, the area coverage of the industrial belt was determined; secondly, the strategic relationships and their significance among the construction of the agricultural products process industrial belt, the building of city cluster and the establishment of manufacturing base in Shandong peninsula were analyzed; thirdly, an objective assessment was made on the developing actuality, characteristics, problems and relative gap of the process industrial belt in Shandong peninsula; fourthly, the guiding ideas, principles, and developing goal were determined; fifthly, the distribution pattern and focus of the belt were put forward, that is, putting attention to the building of eight predominant agricultural products process industrial clusters; sixthly, the polices and measures for building a agricultural products process industrial belt in Shandong peninsula were put forward in four aspects as constitute of a building plan.
