摘要
在分析论述Internet技术的发展与对制造业信息化建设的推动作用、CAPP技术的发展概况与在先进制造模式中的作用以及CAPP系统的设计方法的基础上,提出在集成式CAPP环境下建立分布式工艺资源管理系统,包括工艺信息输入、工艺数据库管理、特征加工链推理、工艺规程管理和工艺卡片管理5个模块,以及实现工艺资源管理系统的功能软硬件平台。管理系统使企业日益庞大的工艺资源数据得以有效地管理,从而更加符合企业的生产实际。
On the basis of discussing the Internet development and its promotion effect on the informatization construction of manufacturing industry, discussing the general situation of CAPP development and its effect on the advanced manufacturing model and discussing the design method of the CAPP system, distributed process resources management system was proposed in constricted CAPP system, which contains five modules: process information input, process databank management, the inference of characteristic processing chain, process rules management and process cards management, and the functional software and hardware platform of process resources management system was achieved. This management system can effectively manage the daily increased process resource data and also conforms better to enterprise production reality.
