摘要
目的 研究义齿软衬材料对全口义齿的固位、咀嚼效能的影响。方法 选择 5 8例戴用全口义齿的患者使用义齿软衬材料前后的固位、咀嚼效能 ,结果用配对t检验统计分析。结果 使用义齿软衬材料前后咀嚼功效能、固位功能有显著改善。结论 义齿软衬材料可提高全口义齿的固位 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of 79 cases of complete denture reline with Ufi GEL P, a soft permanent direct relining material. Methods Seventy-nine complete dentures were relined with Ufi GEL P directly beside chair. The retentive force and efficiency of mastication of denture was measured before and after relining. Results After direct relined with soft material Ufi GEL P, the retentive force and efficiency of mastication showed significantly higher at the soft complete denture liner than before. Conclusion Ufi GEL P soft relining material can be used to improve the retentive force and efficiency of mastication of complete denture.
